GoalUnited - Players Market Value (ENGLISH version)

Hi there,
since I haven't been able to find any formula to determine the way Players VM are determined, I've done a little research based on the values of the players available in the transfer market to understand how personality, age, role and strenght of players affect the price.
I didn't consider players with special talents because those were altering the price in a noticeable way.

1) I've started considering all the 23 old Goalkeepers with a 1,4 strenght. It seemed pretty clear that the prices are spread in a seemingly random way from a min around 30k and a max around 150k. Nor the player highness neither the foot seem to affect the price. So I looked in detail the different Personalities.

I've obtained an average of 53,5 k for the minimun prices and 115,0 k for the maximum prices. As you can see there's a little standard deviation (15,3K for the min and 10,9k for the Max) so given those samples it appears personalities don't affect the price in a certain and notable way.

2) Then I start to look at the Age. And there we have (for a 1,4 Goalkeeper):

So, if we take a center point, let's say 23 year, and we put it as 100 we have that the average 19 years old with the same strenght cost 260 (2,6 times more), the average 20 years old cost 220 and so on to the 30years old wich cost 0,46times:

What's interesting in this analysis is that it shows the biggest depreciations take place between 22 and 23 year (-29%) and between 21 and 22 (-22%)

3) Then I start considering the Role in the filed. I noticed movement players (all except goalkeepers) tend to cost more than Goalkeepers, but not variate among them in a significant way.

4) Then I considered the Strenght. I considered the average between 23years old Central Midfilders and Central Forwards. So I got:

as you can see the most interesting advances are those from 1,4 and 1,6 to 1,6 and 1,8 with a +129% and a +136%.

Given all those data I can draw a table with the min and the max for movement players. That's just to give an idea, my main goal are those above, to understand what to expect from variations in age and strenght to improve the buy/sell decisions. However these are the tables, given the current prices in transfer markets (please note that prices above 2,8 are less reliable done the small samples available)

So you can look at your team in this way: by putting your players in their age/strnght coordinates. You get this kind of table:
Players tend to spread around an ideal line (yellow) of combined advancement age/strenght. With this you can see your players less interesting - those above the line - which are old without being enough skilled (in the example the 26years old 1,8). For them depreciations for aging are far more likely than strenght improvement.
